Happy belated thanksgiving everyone!
I hope you all had a great long weekend. I was really lucky to have both Brett and Julia here for Thanksgiving weekend. We started the weekend off with our annual (it’s only year two) trip to the Calgary Corn Maze 🙂
Clay enjoyed himself a lot this year, he was old enough to interact with the animals and jump around on the huge inflated thing. I’m not even sure what they are there’s just these two soccer field sized inflated things for kids to run around and jump on. Pretty great! Unfortunately, since we went on a Friday, they didn’t have the pig races and they were also all out of pumpkins this year.
Here’s a flashback to last year, Clay’s grown a whole foot!
It was so muddy this year because it had been raining the day before. We had a pretty difficult time trying to get the stroller around so we just ended up parking it outside of the corn maze and letting Clay take off on foot….I still need to clean the mud off of his shoes.
Following the corn maze, we went to meet a friends new baby boy! He was so cute and tiny, got me very excited to meet our little baby 🙂 Although Brett thought that Clay seemed a little jealous when I was holding the baby. I’m 37 weeks now so there isn’t long to go!
